Valle de Guadalupe Art Fair: This Saturday!

I am pleased to join a group of thirty artists in a benefit Art Fair this Saturday, September 7,  at Palazzo del Valle, a luxury resort in the Guadalupe Valley.

I will have over thirty bullfight photographs for sale, many of which have never been displayed before.

The fair will be from noon to 7 p.m. and feature many of Baja California's top artists.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit Ensenada's Contemporary Music Institute of Baja California.

There is an cover charge of $35, which includes food and musical entertainment including jazz and opera recitals.

Gallery Show: Feria San Marcos

I am pleased to announce that 41 photographs from my 14 years of bullfight photography will be featured at the Madama Gallery and Cafe during the 2022 Feria San Marcos.

The exhibition will run from April 19 through May 22, with a reception on Saturday, April 23, from 2-4 p.m.

The gallery is located in the historic center of Aguascalientes on Calle Nieto 403, and is open every day except Sunday.

Rodolfo Rodriguez, El Pana

While at El Pana's sister's house in Apizaco, I presented her with a photo that I took in Tijuana's Plaza Monumental in 2013.

I will always remember that day, when El Pana won my admiration.

I wrote about it in this post.

I signed the photo thanking El Pana for that memorable day.

Photo Exhibitions and Slide Shows

It is my great honor to present 35 of my taurine photographs in Mexico City and Guadalajara in the coming two weeks.

Details are on the flyers below. The photographs will be on display next to the bullring in Mexico City this weekend, and in Guadalajara the following weekend. I will be presenting my slide show "My Journey Into Bullfight Photography" at both locations as well.
